Ms. Romero has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, with much of her time spent in hotel sales and meeting planning. Her intricate knowledge of the business and personal experience allows her to negotiate a complete "budget conscious" package for your organization.

Ms. Romero sits on the board of the Federal Hispanic Law Enforcement Officers Association (FHEOLA) and plans their annual national conference.

Premiere Conference & Tradeshow Services specializes in Government agencies and has planned national conferences for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), FHLEOA, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents Association, National Association of Black Enforcement Officers, HUD, FAA, and Riverside County Medical Association to name a few.
